Onihei was a shocker for me. Overlooked by most on here but it was just a joy to watch. I enjoyed watching this OVA as well. A season 2 would be a phenomenal treat.

No need to be brave, this is very good and works well alongside the series that also came out in 2017, found here on Gogo simply under the name Onihei.

I highly recommend both. Excellent period drama focused around a badass Edo-period police chief.

Totally underrated Anime! Finally the OVA after 5 Years waiting!

As someone who just binge watched the anime, this is like a recap episode for most of it, and it changes a few things that happened in the anime, which was really weird. But that last part with chugo talking was like all kinds of fucking wrong. I recommend watching the anime, if this peaked your, interest but much of the major points are spoiled here, and are wrong if you watched the anime.
